Our Day Treatment Program

Our day treatment program in offers the same addiction treatment model as our partial hospitalization program without the need for sober living, medical detox, or 24/7 medical care. It’s the perfect bridge between full-time treatment and personal responsibilities. Clients can use their afternoons or mornings to tackle home life, school, work, and other activities while still receiving the care and help they deserve during the rest of the day. Clients in day treatment actively engage in individual therapy, group therapy, relapse prevention education, IV hydration therapy, medication management, and more.

What’s Included In Day Treatment

  • Holistic Therapies: Oasis Recovery values alternative and non-verbal healing methods as well as traditional evidence-based therapies. These include mindfulness, art in therapytrauma-informed yogaadventure therapy, and transcendental breathwork.
  • Family Therapy: Studies show family therapy and active engagement from loved ones increase the chance of a client maintaining sobriety.
  • Informed-Care: Clients struggling with trauma, post-traumatic stress disorder, or mental health issues, such as anxiety and depression, can integrate dual diagnosis treatment into their plan for comprehensive care.

How Day Treatment At Oasis Recovery Is Different

Our day treatment program is different because clients are intentionally placed into the program with careful thought and planning. Other treatment providers tend to place individuals in programs based on impersonal criteria, such as the type of substance and or how long they’ve been using. At Oasis Recovery, we know clients are more than an addiction, and you won’t be placed in any substance abuse treatment program if it doesn’t check off every one of your needs.

Some of our founders, clinicians, and staff members are also part of the recovery community and personally understand and empathize with you or your loved ones’ needs. Many have been through substance and mental health treatment, experienced our healing modalities and treatment therapies first-hand, and likely had the same doubts and fears many have about addiction.

Is Day Treatment Right For You?

Our Asheville day treatment program is perfect for individuals who:

  • Completed a higher level of care, such as residential or inpatient treatment.
  • They are medically stable and do not require withdrawal management, detox, or 24/7 monitoring.
  • Want to transition back into work, school, or home life without losing support or care.
  • Need time during the evening and weekends to handle outside responsibilities.
